Mrs. Lindratini considers that Bali is one of the main gateways for tourism In Indonesia, and therefore it is only appropriate that our theatre be build in Bali. In 1998, Mrs. Lindratini first aspired to build the theatre, however, at that time the theatre development was stopped due to the economic crisis in Indonesia. After the econmic crisis, Bali was one of the first provinces in Indonesia to quickly recover, and this was yet another reason to build the theatre here in Bali . Finally in 2010 the first brick was laid and construction began on the Bali Nusa Dua Theatre. The performance concept chosen by Mrs. Lindratini was to showcase several cultures from Indonesia in one setting. The cultures selected and represented are from Bali, Sumatra, Java, Papua and Borneo. The cultures of these regions were chosen in part to help preserve these cultures for the young generation in Indonesia, so that today's youth do not forget their heritage. Our show is not just merely another cultural show in Bali, but it is the combination of several art forms including; acrobatics, contemporary hip-hop dance & music along with traditional dance that helps preserve the culture while at the same time blends the trends of modern arts to make the show dynamic and entertaining. The word "devdan" comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and it means a "gift from the Gods".

Working in the manufacturing industry for twelve (12) years, Hengky never lost his passion for the performing arts, and his passion continues on up until today. The last project Hengky directed was in 2008, a musical play titled "There is Peace in The World Tonight" starring one of Indonesia's Idols supported by a cast & crew of fifty (50). As the Creative Director for Devdan "Treasure of the Archipelago", Hengky's goal is to make sure that the creative spirit of the show is conveyed in harmony with the creator's vision. The goal of this show is to let the world see and experience the magnificent and alluring diverse culture of Indonesia in an entertaining and artistic way that will captivate audiences of all ages.

Jeff's professional career began with many independent choreographers and he eventually found his way to the Fondation Jean-Pierre Perreault, JOE and Piazza. He toured extensively with the Montreal company Carbone 14 from 1990-1995, performing in both the show and the film Café des Aveugles, and the show Le Dortoir as well as its award-winning film adaptation by François Girard. As co-Artistic Director of PPS Danse from 1992-1998 Jeff co-created Bagne, which toured the USA and Europe. He also co-created the multimedia production Pôles, working with visual artists Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon. He performed in the Swiss collective creation OMA in 1999 and since 1999 he created at the École de Cirque de Verdun, five annual student shows. He also co-created at the same school a highly successful two-hour circus show, Les Écureuils, which has been seen by more than 16,000 children since 2005. Jeff was reunited with Carbone 14 as a performer in the 2001 creation Silences et Cris by Gilles Maheu. He then became Gilles' assistant in Bibliothèque, Carbone 14's 2002 creation. That same year he assisted renowned director Robert Lepage working on the remounting of Trilogie des Dragons, and Marie Brassard on her La Noirceur, both presented at the Théâtre des Amériques festival in 2003. Since then he has completed a film directing program at l'Institut National de l'Image et du Son (INIS). Jeff hall has received three creation grants from the Canada Council, as well as the prestigious Jacqueline Lemieux Award for choreography in 1996. His work has been presented at the Canada Dance Festival in Ottawa, the Festival International de Nouvelle Danse in Montreal, the Dresden Tager der Zeitgenössischen Musik Festival in Germany, the Lisbon Arts Festival Expo 1998, the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis and the Arts Festival of Atlanta. In 2009 Jeff choreographed and danced in the film Falling directed by Philip Spozer and Marlene Miller and in 2009 he choreographed Du Haut des Airs presented in 2010 at Cirque de Demain. Jeff started his working with Cirque du Soleil in 2005 as an artistic coach for The Beatles LOVE. His next major Cirque assignment was as acrobatic choreographer for ZAIA, a permanante show in Macao China. In 2010 Jeff was the choreographer for the Cirque du Soleil touring show Totem, directed by the world renown Robert Lepage.

In 1992, he released the cd Life in the Suicide Riots, in which Snell assumed the role of lead singer, voicing socially conscious lyrics. The songs on that album were featured in Café des Aveugles. In 2001 he released a second solo CD, Cash: The Album, a sharp dose of anti-capitalist alternative rock. The soundtrack for his musical compositions for the Beijing Modern Dance Company's performance "BONE" was released in 2004, followed by the documentary of the China/ Canada Tour by EYESTEELFILM in 2005.

In 1995 Snell left Carbone 14 to create the first Canada- China co production with the Beijing Modern Dance Company (music composed by Snell). 2004 he directed the circus performance Angels of the Storm that created a unique relationship with the directors of TOHU (partner with Cirque du Soleil) and the National Circus School. Snell created and composed with several dance companies in Asia su as Tai Gu Tales Dance Theatre. The directors of the National Chiang Kai Shek Cultural Centre:National Theatre of Taiwan have also invited Snell for a residence in 2006 to create an acrobatic performance piece with local Taiwanese Artists. He has also been named Artistic Director of their 2006-7 Open-Air International Arts Festival: Spotlight on New Circus. For these events he created the multi-media New Circus Asia, FLASH that also performed at the TOHU in Mtl., Canada.

In 2008 he founded Circus International Action and coordinated a tour with Clowns without Borders in the earthquake zones of Sichuan China and is now based with ARTECA on the Thai/ Burma and setting up a performing arts school for orphaned and at-risk children. Snell created and directed for two consecutive years (2010-11) Chinese New Year Twilight Parade for City of Sydney in Australia. Coordinating over 80 community groups and 2,700 performers including 300 acrobats from China, and was seen by over 100,000 spectators. Snell is currently collaborating with a new trend of young artists in a new creation/ festival; COLLISION ARTS ASIA

The Ballet Monte Carlo, LALALA Human Steps (Canada), Schauspielhaus Vienna (Austria), the Stockholm Opera (Sweden), Gilles Maheu, Robert Lepage, Lorraine Pintal and Sol LeWitt, among many. Signing over onehundredthirty design concepts for dance, musicals, circus, theatre and opera all over the globe, he also acted as lighting designer for many museum projects including the Museum of Civilisation in Quebec and numerous urban and architectural lighting designs. In 2008 he designed the lighting for the first permanent show of Cirque du Soleil in Asia: ZAiA for Macau's Venetian Casino. His work was awarded Le Grand Prix de la Créativité Montréal in 2008 for La Vitrine Culturelle, the IESNA International Illumination Design Award for the design of the lighting signature of Le Quartier des Spectacles in Montreal, a Bessie Award in New York for best set and lighting design for Luna from O Vertigo Danse in 2004. Axel Morgenthaler also accepted the Prix Lumière from the IES (International Engineering Society) in 2004 and an International Illuminating Design Award from the IESNA in 2005 for best architectural lighting in Quebec. The Gascon-Roux prize was awarded to him in 2004 for the lighting design of Tristan et Yseult at Théâtre du Nouveau Monde and the musical Don Juan got him a Félix nomination for his lighting design. As a visual artist, Axel Morgenthaler is regularly asked to create permanent large scale lighting art works that can be seen in Montreal in the subway, at the Montreal Airport and the W Hotel Axel is also the founder and president of the design company Photonic Dreams that offers a global visual approach to performing arts, urban and architecture projects since 2001. His recent work as architectural lighting designer for the Montreal entertainment district Quartier des Spectacles, has won him international recognition for his creation of the "signature lighting" of the area and the illumination of several Montreal cultural landmarks. The DEVDAN show is a first for Indonesia by mixing all of the cultures from the differed islands of the Archipelago into one performance with high international production values, special effects, spectacular dance and acrobatics. It has been inspiring and a great privilege to participate in this creation and design for these beautiful performers. By attending this show, the international visitor to Bali can now discover all off the rich and diverse cultural treasures Indonesia has to offer in a highly entertaining and fun way. Little Bimo involved in children group dance as a Cakil in fragmen of Bambangan Cakil and as a little Gatotkaca in story the birth of Gatotkaca. In 1977 Bimo droped out from Sekolah Seni Rupa Indonesia Jogjakarta, then he learnt to dance from Bagong Kussudiardjo, Indonesian maestro choreographer at Jogjakarta. Bimo was also actively performed as a dancer at Bagong Kussudiardjo Choreography from 1982 to 1986. Bimo begin his dancing career since he learned from master Bagong K. His first performance is Komposisi Nol that successfully present at Taman Budaya Jogjakarta in 1984. His dance creation flowing ever since, and in 1992 People's Association Singapore invites him to give dancing and music workshop for three months. His dancing career continues when he met Izumi Nagano, a Japanese who worked closely with dance and music performing arts. Bimo was encouraged to build Bimo Dance Theater in 1993 until now.

in the summer of 2009 as an Assistant Lighting Designer for Cirque du Soleil's "Les Chemins Invisibles" responsible for the programming and operation of the show's lighting, Amongst his many attributes, Coco has been working with special effect lighting for a multitude of productions including but not limited to theatre, dance, circus events, and many foreign film companies. In addition to being a world-seasoned special lighting programmer, Coco is also a teacher and a coach for those already involved in the industry or just starting.

For the past three years of experience, she has created some art works. Costume and make up on Seabad Raden Saleh movie called "Body Painting Naga", make up and choreographer costume of Sardono called "Saraswati", make up of Japanese choreographer, Hiroshi Koike called "Garibaba Strange World", artists costume designing of Bali Nusa Dua Theatre. She was also be one of judges on election male and female traditional javanese costume and traditional dance parade in Yogyakarta. In 2011 he taught teachers of make up wedding.

Graduated from LaSalle College Jakarta,was deepening stage and theatrical costumes in Harry Darsono Couture Jakarta. Many awards in the fashion world he'd ever get, so strengthen his conviction to keep it running in the path of art and fashion. Therefore he was enthusiastic when  joined to DEVDAN show, which is a spectacular work art merging of Indonesia in international packaging. Alvin Lee was born in 1983, in Wonosobo Central Java Indonesia.

he started his career as a sound and recording engineer and after that he works as well as music&sound consultant since 2001. He also still teaches Audio Connection/Sound Reinforcement at Petra Christian University  and runs his company, E-Project Music&sound Consultant, nowadays. In Devdan show, he designed the music in western, eastern and Indonesian ethnic blend to present enchanting music with tradisional flavour in modern atmosphere. He collaborated with 2 music composers: DQ (a Balinese musician) and Joko (a Javanese musician) to create the ambience and nuance of every scene in this ethnic spectacular show. He also designed the audio system for the Bali Nusa Dusa Theatre (the venue where Devdan Show takes place) with 6.0 surround system to enhance the music. For him, music&sound cannot be separated in their performance so that they will maximize each other. That's why he did  the music design as well as the sound design.

Throughout her career, Vee has trained, performed and choreographed aerial arts in its entirety, specialising in Acrobatic Pole Dancing, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, and Corde Lisse. She's recognised by Nike as an "athelete" of aerial fitness and is an ambassador for both the Aerial Arts Association of Asia and International Pole Dance Fitness Association with the mission to continuosley evolve and empower the industry with opportunities.

In 2007, he received internship grant from Ford Foundation, that organized by Kelola Foundation and Asialink, for works and learn about stage managements in Melbourne, and also doing research in many festival, performance space, performance company in Melbourne and Sydney.
